All of my booking is online for your convenience. You can book online easily with the click of a button. Once you book you will receive a confirmation text/ email.
POLICIES
**Cards are required in order to book an appointment, for no call no show protection.**
Cancellations-
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged a flat fee of $35 per service booked.
If you no call no show you will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you are marked as a no call no show, you will not be able to book online, until payment is received for a missed appointment.
Lateness-
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment we will likely need to reschedule, due to clients booked after you. Please notify me if you will be late so I can do my best to accommodate.
Payments-
I accept all major credit, debit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, cash and personal checks. Please note if you’re paying with cash I do not carry change so cash payment must be exact.
Refunds-
I do not offer refunds for services rendered. If you are unhappy with your service, please let me know within 24 hours, and I will contact you privately to remedy the issue. All product sales are final.
Illness-
ABR, the health and safety of our clients are our top priorities. To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, please review and follow our sick policy:
For Clients-
1. Rescheduling When Sick: If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, or any contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment.
2. No Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees will be waived for last-minute reschedules due to illness, as long as you notify us before your appointment.
3. Advance Notice Appreciated: Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
For the Esthetician-
1. Rescheduling When Sick: If I am feeling unwell or unable to work due to illness, I will notify you promptly to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.
2. Strict Hygiene Practices: All tools, equipment, and treatment areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after each client.
3. Protective Measures: Masks or gloves may be worn during treatments when necessary to ensure client safety.
General Policy
If you have been recently exposed to a contagious illness, please notify us to discuss whether it’s best to reschedule your appointment. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service while prioritizing health and wellness for all.
